My favorite whole grain product is Bob’s Red Mill whole wheat pastry flour. I use it in everything! Cookies, pizza dough, bread, pancakes, etc. I would love to win this giveaway because I was very intrigued reading about the 10 grain flour in your newsletter!

My favorite whole grain has got to be Old Fashioned Rolled Oats. My favorite (and easiest) way to incorporate them into my diet is to soak 1/2 cup of uncooked oats in 3/4 cup of skim milk overnight in the refrigerator while I sleep! I love to add sliced almonds, small chunks of banana or fresh blueberries and a squeeze of fresh lemon. I prefer to eat this mixture cold, but it can be warmed super quick in the microwave. Chopped walnuts and dried cranberries or raisins; diced cooked apples or pears and pecans; plain Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey are additional yummy nutritious options to add on top! I hope you try it! You will not be disappointed! Sara M.

I like using the white wheat flour when I bake. It is great for scones and doesn’t give that distinct whole wheat taste.

Hello Linda! I honestly love oatmeal every morning, and am particularly fond of Bob’s 7 Grain Cereal Blend. I like to mix in frozen berries and top with crunchy nuts. Never get tired of this. Thanks for the lovely giveaway!

I love the gluten free hot cereal blend. I make a large pot on Sunday and have it every morning until runs out! It’s creamy and hearty and is delicious with cinnamon and frozen berries mixed right in.
